It will move up when folks realize they aren't going to get much down here, and as it gets closer to events we have been waiting for. I think folks are still under the impression they can accumulate a nice sized block at these levels, but I just don't see it.
A few slaps at .10 and .11 and the bid will be right there imo. Just a game right now till the pressure builds too high on the ask side. That .11 is key break!
