Key is to put multiple bids at $.09 and then $.10 to show strength. Spread is way too far apart for someone to hit the ask. Which, is why it isn't trading. Need to have someone put in a bid for .085, one for .09, and one for .095 using multiple market makers. At least make it look good. NYC is the top bid and no one is challenging him on it - which he did jump before up to .10 on movement. JMO
