RE:The problem we are seeing as these two discuss their postions is a basic problem with this medium as a from of communication. Something in writing can be taken totally wrong versus if it was said in person would not be. The lack of voice, inflection in the voice, nonverbal etc can be a real cause for taking something negatively that was not meant

A lot can be learn from your thoughts. I for one would be in that line.

dndodd...sorry I said something that went against your grain...I fully understand that things can be taken out of context on this or any other board....I think the world of Ge Jim and have done so for years....just didn't know he had changed his alias I thought a newbe was picking on Alley[who I also think the world of}send me your e-mail address and i will check with you before i post any thing critical again......RTD
