Garvy, it does not jive man. A pinksheet has to be able to sell more than 1M shares. for example, if a pink were at .0003, and they could only sell 1M shares, then they could only raise $300.00/year on those figures. There must be a % of the authorized shares or something they can sell in a year. You act as if these guys should run this thing on air or take all the $v out of their own pockets. Don't come on here making accusations that that are doing illegal things w/o hard proof. Another thing s that we can deal with 20M shares. That many has been traded easily in the last 2 weeks. If you want to hear of serious dilution, I know of a co. that sold like 800K shares since September. We know that is not going to happen, because HOF is not authorized that much. This is a start up, and start ups need $ to get going, so take it somewhere else man. You are sounding like a broken record.
By the way, don't even think about comparing HOF to that screwed up company you were talking about earlier. HOF is nothing like that, ans we know better than to listen to your nonsense.
