so imo that says the restrictive legend has been removed from all shares held over 6 months.
If that is the case THEN THIS HAPPENED TO EVERY OTHER COMPANY ON THE OTC with pp shares, at the same time as DPDW.
Like brikk said, it doesn't mean they sold, previously the restrictive legends were removed when a form 144 was filed.
It looks like it is automatically removed now.
With the removal the T/A has to count them as float.
It is not the company's fault, they have no control over federal law.
