thanks for those details, joesmith. while some may think of the rule changes to 144 as "bad news" imo it's like ripping off a band-aid. do it quickly & get it over with. assuming these changes never happened, what would it buy us to postpone this process for another 6 months? nothing. whatever shares change hands here are less likely to get in the way (become selling pressure) at higher prices. jmho.
