i think it is a little strange, but i dont think phil is out to get us like some people have said. i mean the guy has posted his phone number on the board, hes not trying to pull some scam on us. now, it is possible that des is using phil to keep the board calm, thats about as conspiratorial as one could reasonably get about phil.
