If some one comes and solicits my restaurant from this board that makes it wrong or makes me shady for saying I own one on the board. The only one out of line here is you with those ridiculous accusations. Be prepared for a verbal thrashing it's coming and you deserve it.

no offense taken. I understand where you are coming from. Des is a friend of mine, as well as COB of a stock I own. There's nothing more to it than that. We have discussed many things not related to the stock, and I have not shared that info as it is not relevant DD to offer the board.
As far as asking for help, I am not ashamed nor regretful. I think I kept that restricted to the email, but if I did use the board, I still needed help and apologize for bringing it into the MNTY board.
Des is not passing me any insider info, but I share all the DD I get. My trip to Dallas was to see the store for myself. Des offering to assist me in my DD search was a bonus I wasn't expecting. I did not ask Des to get involved, I merely told him I was going to be in Dallas to take pics for the board, and he told me he would get me access to the store. My trip to Dallas was nothing more than voluntary DD on my part, and I got what I was looking for.... the good, the bad, and the ugly. I shared everything I found, and backed up my DD with as much evidence as I could.
But to end this, you are correct, absolutely no one should trust me, or the company... do you own DD, and make your own decision..... and then STICK BY YOUR DECISION!!!! That's what I like about Godfather, altho his position appears to be negative, he's always professional, as factual as can be, and HE STICKS to his guns.

I would like to address your concerns thekrup..

No offense Phil, but it's hard to trust a company that does not respond to shareholders except for one, you.

I believe that you have the same ability as Phil does to email Des.

In turn, that would make me not trust you either.

You have every right to not believe what Phil says and are again encouraged to email Des directly.

Also, another reason I do not trust you is that you solicited money on this site for your church. I think that was wrong and a shady practice on it's own. This is an investor site not a place to try and get funds for your church. I understand people donated and that's good for you and the church, but still doesn't take away from the fact that you were solicitng money. I know this will be tough for some to digest because you are a "Pastor" and I'm talking about God and church.

This point has a little, but very little validation to it. This could also be viewed as a personal attack against another poster, imho. Post about the stock, NOT THE POSTER!

The relationship between you and the company does seem a little odd and you have mentioned that you do not want to get into the relationship between you and Des which does rub me the wrong way.

I don't see why a poster's comments should have to elude to more than they WISH to say about their involvement with anybody. You have a choice to accept another poster's comments or not.

It just seems like they are passing you info first which doesn't seem legit to me considering you are not on the "BOD".

Not sure at all what you mean by this comment.

Does this not bother anyone else?

Those that it bothers will not invest, those that it doesn't bother might invest.

Sorry, but the people runnning this company have a shady past and seems like a shady present as well.

That may or may not be true, and only time will tell.

All that I can ask of you is to remember to respect the TOS of IHUB and to not attack the poster !!!!

Your opinions of MNTY should be based upon the ethics of the company and not on your opinions of other people's opinions.

Thanks,
Dave
