No it doesn't have too. We could get a break away considering the oversold position and the way that it dropped. If she does drop down it would create a strong base area, but again it does not have to fill out. Over sold is over sold. My postion is the stock { by it self } should not have went under 17. The fact that is did was the market , not the stock.
