I agree with you. I do not believe we will travel to 11 or 13.
As I stated earlier it is the intermediate trend in the market that is playing against us. Our stock price has been in a decline because...Momentum is not on our side at this moment, news is not great, expectations have been lowered, and uncertainty levels have been elevated.
IMHO intermediate market conditions will continue to exacerbate this situation more to the downside then the upside. The absence of any substantive news will work against us...I will try identify the reversal of this intermediate trend as soon as I see the clouds lifting for more then a few days.
IDCC has some choppy water to survive to recover. You don't take a patient out of the hospital after a bad accident and expect him to recover without some painful recovery time.....Still feel this puppy has solid legs long term.

Personally, absent some major new negative event, I think we've seen the lows from this mess already. Certainly, upside seems more probable than downside, especially from a points/percentage standpoint. We just don't know the timing of it. Good luck to you, hope it all works out.

I am not as clear regarding the lows....at the very least I would feel more comfortable if we were to retest the lows for a more sustainable move up. It is to early for me to throw in my hat at this point.... Alley
