penn Other, it does seem to me that Boatman and Sandi are working hard to devalue the stock and scare folks into selling.
155 million shares increased to 355 million.Increased to 755 million.That scares people.What anyone says here won't change any thing.But I am sure that some of the believers,after seeing these numbers.Are doing some deep thinking.

THANK YOU! You stated EXACTLY what I was thinking. You just stated it so much better! Yes, I was thinking JV as well...I just didn't state it as such.

As long as this company is making progress, (and it is), there
is absolutely no reason to count it out.

I'm not predicting this, not at all, and wouldn't expect it to happen, but there was a stock called TMMI that went subpenny and then within a few weeks went to over a $1 a few years back. Then it went to subpenny again and last time I looked it had risen to about 10 cents....and TMMI has far more shares than PHGI and as not accomplished nearly as much as PHGI....TMMI has just been around a whole lot longer.
