To get to that point you must first tell a Woman she has no right to her mind, spirit or body.
Forcing a Woman to have babies she doesnt want is akin to sexual slavery and barbaric torture.
The right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness applies to the Woman first, not the fetus that HER BODY created. Rights apply only to conscience beings. Beings who have the ability to learn and reason.
A zygote no more possesses these traits than a leaf on a tree. So, not only is it barbaric to force a Woman to have a baby she doesnt want, it cant even be considered murder in early gestation.
Fundies and their constant need to control others lives is disturbing and dangerous.
