"To get to that point you must first tell a Woman she has no right to her mind, spirit or body."
No, she has control over all three. No one is trying to take that control from her. She just needs to take responsibility for that control. She needs to take responsibility and exercise the control she has over her body by not having unprotected sex so that she does not become pregnant. That way, she would have no problem at all. There are often consequences for making bad decisions, but that is no justification for murdering the unborn, innocent child.
"The right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness applies to the Woman first, not the fetus that HER BODY created. Rights apply only to conscience beings. Beings who have the ability to learn and reason.?
On what do you base that?? If, as you say, "rights apply only to conscience beings", then why are people being charged with and convicted for murder in the case of death to unborn babies? I might also add that "HER BODY" did not create that life all by herself -- she had some help, and that person is equally responsible for insuring the life and well being of the unborn child.
"A zygote no more possesses these traits than a leaf on a tree. So, not only is it barbaric to force a Woman to have a baby she doesnt want, it cant even be considered murder in early gestation."
Any child, from the point of conception forward, is a human life. What is barbaric is that a woman would commit a foolish act and rather than facing up to the consequences, she chooses instead to murder the child in order to make her life easier. Barbaric is a good adjective for that behavior.
