of course, you're right. i have no idea what went on, or is going on, in negotiations with potential partners. to me, it does seem like management got played. or that they are incompetent. i guess they couldn't be expected to have the foresight that a patient might drop out.
i know i got played, again, by taking cox at his presumptive word. do words mean things? is credibility important? does being a biotech excuse fiscal responsibility?
