With all due respect......you have no idea what went on in the negotiations,,, or what kind of deal was offered. My guess is if it was a "Great Deal" even our dumb management would have taken it. My bet is if they make it (are successful) the PPS is going to be way up and nobody's gonna remember this "dilution" (hmm... wonder how many shares MicroSoft has???) Actually when you have a big company (what all the longs are hoping for) If your float is too small you have trouble with liquidity.

If the money helps them to survive, then I'm all for it.
