Megas actually request the Buyin to in fact, get the dtc/brokers to buy back the (Knowing counterfiet shares) since either the DTC and or the brokers/BOTH didn't do their job in the first place, and or one or two of the MM's/Brokers was taking advantage of a play... JMHO,, but I bet that is a pretty close assumption to TM's thoughts, and probuly will sorta still play out that way a little. All we can do is Wait...

Oh,,, yea,, I read the 10-sk or what ever,,, I have a hunch there is still one card up his sleeve,, and with the trial of overstock coming up, I bet he might hold off and play it just at the right time.

I'm not even sure TM knew what a naked short was back then. He naively believed we had scookum system over here, where it wasn't possible to sell shares you didn't own or couldn't 'locate'. Well he has since been edumacated. There are some here who still don't get that, or are protecting the perps who did it.

I wonder if mare certs were put into circulation and the SEC told TM to cover them all or face a more detailed investigation into what role he may have played in all three hijackings.

I don't believe in the "you can't take on the DTC" bull crap.
If it is true, then it can be easily proven.
