All they have to do (and I keep saying this) is put hydrogen in the bladders instead of helium and all the problems are solved. If you come back with the Hindenberg, you don't know what you are talking about.
Zendo64 what you are implying is correct. These L ships are technologically inferior to the Sanswire/Tao S ships.
and I'm all for hydrogen,(Sanswire/Tao may have their reasons for not liking it). The current airship skins are not made of the almost explosive material of which the Zepplin airships were made. Take about a 400 mesh aluminum powder and mix it 7 to 3 with an oxidizer like potassium perchlorate or potassium chlorate and watch what happens when a match touches it.
