I agree these dark room tactics suck...

2 and half years later and no one knows why we are not trading. I bought shares in a reporting and current company....WTF can I not sell them in the open market....

What are my rights?

arkait - its a well known truism that a person who operates in secrecy usually has something to hide - and it can't be any more obvious than when the CEO of a public company operates for nearly 3 years in secrecy. Its an oxymoron, and nearly a non sequitur
