Everything you NEED to know is in the filings. PRing speculation as to what might be next, or hinting at mega $ deals, or revealing legal strategies to your enemies would strike me as irresponsible. Sounds like you have a romantic vison of the world of fluff PRs, where the LOI is king, and the word of the CEO is gospel. All that, and a disclaimer too!
