GoHealth.MD Inc. (GOMD) announced that its Board of Directors will meet in April to consider the merger, and or acquisition of three "target" operating companies. Two of the operating companies have been in business for more than five years, the third company is a new product business company with distribution contracts from several of the large discount retailers in the U.S.
