National Geographic has been renowned for taking the side of catastrophic anthropogenic global warming for a couple of years now. I wonder if they are going to do a show about what would happen if the Earth cooled 6 degrees?
Somewhere around here, there is a physical copy of the November, 1976? issue of that magazine. That issue is mostly about the possibility of the impending Ice Age. Why can’t they get their stories straight?
12,000 to 18,000 years ago, where I presently sit would be under around 2,000 feet of Ice. I’ve seen other online statements that the ice depth was 2 Kilometers or 2 miles.
Two questions that I have asked but have gone unanswered are:
What did mankind of that era do to cause that ice to melt?
Please describe what the climate is *supposed* to be for a specific area of the earth such as the geographical center of Alberta, Canada.
