I will elaborate on a response a little later, but the very first thing that comes to mind is that Taylor was in the picture all along and you know dog gone good and well that he knew what Frank was doing! Hell I even talked to him about Frank and his only response was that Frank and JMCP was a train wreck. Not a year or so into the company but just a few months. So, you can defend and continue to make a personal choice to believe, but I for one do not and I demand to know what happened with all of the shareholders money. Taylor did not distance himself as he would have you believe and Taylor knows that Frank will talk and Taylor is concerned.

And with just that little bit, do you agree with Taylor holding the preferred stock and making some money off of our/your investment? If you think that it is ok then you need to immediately hand over your wallet to me and look the other way as I dispose of your cash as I so desire.

yes bull, i hope, that you be right with your options after all. because i still hope for a return of my investment,...
but I'm concerned, that JMCP lost there company image, shareholders are in doubt, and no money for reformation,... what can we expect?
What was really Taylors role in JMCP last year? Is he now really exerted to compensate the shareholders?

I think that janice shell should know best, because she has an inside view -i think-, aftersome she was/is in contact with him (as i understand that from past messages here in this board). and aftersome janice shell is actualy refrain from any comment about Taylor, i interpret it as a positive sign.

so, what can we really expect?
