I will elaborate on a response a little later, but the very first thing that comes to mind is that Taylor was in the picture all along and you know dog gone good and well that he knew what Frank was doing! Hell I even talked to him about Frank and his only response was that Frank and JMCP was a train wreck. Not a year or so into the company but just a few months. So, you can defend and continue to make a personal choice to believe, but I for one do not and I demand to know what happened with all of the shareholders money. Taylor did not distance himself as he would have you believe and Taylor knows that Frank will talk and Taylor is concerned.

And with just that little bit, do you agree with Taylor holding the preferred stock and making some money off of our/your investment? If you think that it is ok then you need to immediately hand over your wallet to me and look the other way as I dispose of your cash as I so desire.
