Its not a matter of him just coming forward ?? Imagine if you would if YOU were in his shoes, you have two shells and one takes off with a real business plan, you devote your time effort and mula to make a run of it, in the mean time you hire someone who sold himself to you that he/she can do all the things he/she said they would, you go ahead with the deal, now while your busy doing your business plan with XXX and trying to get it established, company YYY is quickly going to hell in a hand basket.........sooooooo you take time and investigate, WOW you cant believe what is going on, so now you have more work then what you can handle, you decide because you care about people, that you will resign from the job you are currently doing (because it is working now without you) and devote full time to the wreck that the person you hired made out of your other shell JMcP, while doing this which takes time you see, you go thru all of the documents to see what on earth do we have here ?? and this does not take a few hours by the way. After this you need to make some decisions what to do ? you weigh the cost of going after Frank or working something else out for your shareholders now so that they will also be taken care of, if you checked out the latest on how quickly the law firms work anymore it would be years and alot of dollars (that Taylor nor anyone else here on IHUB has)to get this accomplished. So while your trying to make up your mind, shareholders are getting a posse together to hany you up by your teeth, they make acquisations that are not true and start a huge gossip party(which is what is going on here by the way) thru several days of reading and consulting with others you make a decision to move forward.
This is what Taylor choose to do, move forward, obviously he will not please everyone no matter which way he had chosen, if he had chosen to prosecute Frank it would be years before we would see anything and do you think we will get ANYTHING........NOT !!!
Frank did not have his hand in the jar when he was dining elsewhere, but you will see a big change here in the near future and hopefully you will make some money or loose just a fraction cause of the R/S......good luck
