That would make sense if the outstanding was rising, or if the A/S was increased.
Neither of those things has happened. So where are the shares that he is supposedly selling? Are you saying he has an inventory of his own that are already in the float that he is disposing of?
As I said earlier, the whole story doesn't make sense to me at this point. At some point the real truth will come out.
