Because he is an expert at selling shares into the story. Keep it going longer, he car continually sell shares and pay himself. Just like he has in the past would be my guess.

He is an expert - at selling useless shares, and zero track history of running a company. Even his meagre story says he is in corporate finance. Does that qualify you to run a overseas based mining company.

None of it stacks up except the obvious.
