You seemed to miss the distinct possiblity once the Lopez family have total control of Unico, they simply assign the assets to a private LLC and bankrupt Unico thus further protecting themselves from possible lawsuits etc. They will control the assets privately and own a debt-free publicly trading company which they can promote the hell out of and/or sell it has a publicly traded shell. Not only do they have the assets, they can sell or promote Unico to pay for THEIR operations at the Deer Trail. OR they can simply sell the assets and walk away with cash in pocket and royalties.
