I don't think that they are gonna sell any stock.

Lets look at a definite possibility -----

Mark does a 500:1 RS making the OS at 10 mil.

Then he issues 4.99 Billion shares to Moore Investments (Daddy Warbucks) to settle the outstanding CD's.

Then he issues the remaining 10.2 mil preferred shares to himself for accrued salary.

Now the Lopez family control over 99.8% of the company.

Then they go private and take all the spoils for themselves!!!!!

Hmmmmmmmmm.... The plot thickens!!!
