I'd be curious to know in whose pocket those 99 shares will end up, if you don't pay the $20 fee.

Can you verify that the T/A is one demanding the fee, it just might be the broker.

Its probably a reorg fee I would think. Ameritrade and Etrade and others charge if for nonactive traders. If you are an APEX client then you dont have to pay but if you arent then you have to pay 20 bucks. Etrade used to charge me on some then again on others they didnt. And others have told me that too about their etrade accounts.
