Should be no cost to shareholders...this is from their DEF 14C:

"It is contemplated that brokerage houses, custodians, nominees, and fiduciaries will be requested to forward this Information Statement to the beneficial owners of our common stock held of record by these persons and that we will reimburse them for their reasonable expenses incurred in this process.

Haven't checked later filings, but that's pretty clear in the DEF 14C...
