Parlacen is a political organization whose goal is to unify the Central American countries. It is a hard task because some of them are at odds with others. Nicauragua and Honduras are not getting along these days. And they are all Poor ... and have their own problems and their own politcal ideologies. Unification works best with some degree of prosperity.
