Everyone needs to understand the $0.65 per share VALUE is just an opinion by someone. We have no basis for this opinion. We don't know what criteria was taken into consideration, though one could most probably be accurate in saying they are using the numbers from the combined merger/acquisitions to come up with this value. Until the company comes out with AUDITED financials and shows cold hard PROOF in black and white that the company has a PROVEN share value based on corporate revenues...the $.065 pps VALUE warrants about as much credibility as O.J. Simpson.....on second thought....maybe not that much.
