No. I don't like it that it is February of 2002 and we haven't seen much yet this year. But I believe we WILL see much this year. And those salaries will be more than justified.

Therein lies the difference. WHEN (or if) things happen, THEN they get the raise. Granted JH was underpaid but the new salary he's getting (along with Willinbergs whose is already outrageous) is ridiculous.
