after learning of the mistake steve started on the 10k right away eve nbefore he knew the answer from sec on whether they would throw out he wrong form and and allow boa to file the correct one. that was the right thig to do. we would need the 10k anyway eventually so getting a jump on it was good heads up on steves part. also companies have i think 90 days to get their end of the yr 10k in. our yr ended dec 31, so getting the 10k done within the first 30 days shows that steve wants this done so we can put this behind us and move on.
