They have a 75 day deadline. Most companies file for a 5 day extension also. I posted about a month ago that I talked with FINRA so I found out the problem. I also posted about a month ago that the 10KSB Report will probably be out the end of January which would show to me at least Steve is on the ball. Our LOW volumes will be a thing of the past once we attract a whole new group of traders that won't touch stinky pinkies lol...eom
