RE: option 2 - i do not think that the EMEA would allow for a delay for the companies restructuring program. A declined app is a declined app and if the CEO knew that the outcome would be a non EMEA approval, don't you think we would of seen the flood of Form 4 filings (insider sales)
I hope it's option 1 but we've been optimistic since last summer and where did that get us?
