I used to be optimistic, or naive...
As far as option 2, I don't think they blatantly came forward to EMEA and said "btw, could you delay so we can restructure". They may have told them that they need more time, blah, blah, blah...
I have a hard time with IDM. I'm about even as far as $ is concerned, but I don't feel "good" about it.
I do agree that we would see a number of inside trades already, so that along with the potential of an "ok" from EMEA are the only, ONLY, things that keep me hanging on by my fingernails. IDM is a game for me now. I have less than 1000 shares anymore, down from 10K. I'm in now just as a lesson, as this is my first biotech experience.
If the 25th does not go well, I'm out, and will not be back into IDM.
