I have a couple of thoughts, neither are "investor grade", but just my personal opinion:

1. IDM has data to substantiate a positive result, but needed the time for the correct format. Not too far fetched, given IDMs record for preparedness. But, the next point may be more valid...

2. IDM asked for a delay in judgement to complete "restructuring" for possible sale/delisting.

As far as point 2 - If I were CEO, and had an opportunity to delay bad news in order to tie up some lose ends, (like 60% labor reduction, possible further restructuring, etc) I would.

The 60% news is hitting pretty hard today, but I'm still looking for a trailing increase at end of day, back to .70 range.
