I'm quite sure they didn't. They have something like 350 lawyers working for them. They are not the SEC. They don't have seven Commissioners watching what everyone else does. If they did, they'd never make any money.

Again, the lawyers working for Enron where much better and high class lawyers and look who they worked for. Buy what you want but again, the bigger the crook the better the lawyer they have.


You don't make up jokes about what is a 100 lawyers at the bottom of the ocean for nothing. It is always a good start.
