MY opinion the shareholder pays for every thing. We bought the shares , which is we own the company, the company digs up the gold and other metals and sells it for us, they pays the bills.
Technically we are paying the bills. As for bond, they are back by the gold until due, if bond are not not paid off, then the are converted to stock, and that when we pay. the share price goes down. etc.
