Gand, question for you. What do you really mean by shareholders paying for the 43-101? Not sure what "angle" you are trying to use. The company didnt issue any more shares. The Regdex shows they issued a bond and/or convertable note to pay for the remaining balance. It does not show them issuing any more shares whereby diluting us. In addition, technically, since we are shareholders/owners of the company, ANY expense is technically an expense to us owners. So, what is the difference whether they issued a bond (which was paid by an "accredited investor") and backed by Krong assets, or paid by gold. It ultimately has the same result. No dilution, and the 43-101 is still an expense, and still has to be paid. I do agree that I would like to know whats going on with the gold though and how is it being used, or have they cashed in the gold yet.
