Why would they file a REGDEX to raise money for a $41000 bill? Unless they had no money. Is there another answer for this.

It looks to me that the word is simply part of the title of the 143. "Finalise payment on geological report in accordance with National Standard for Disclosure of Mineral Production number: 43-101"

However if they have not fully paid them for this yet it would make sense that they are withholding the translation or even the Russian version until paid.

If that is the case then AURUS should cough it up from some of their production dollars. Right?

This stinks. They need to provide that info as promised. And Christine's silence to email questions is also bad news.
