I did not say they can't pay the bill, how did you get that from what I said? I stated the REGDEX says they still owe $41,220.00 and perhaps they can not post it until the bill is paid. I also stated that the bond will be passed onto a buyer if one buys AURC. If you are selling me a car and I require you to have a certified mechanic check it out and tell you I will cover that cost if I decide to buy, why not charge that fee and hand me the bill with the car? Why spend cash out of your pocket?
