I'm betting a R/S was popped if the 33 mil number is correct.

I personally don't know what the officers or any insiders have for shares. I would assume it is a relatively large amount but I assume most of it is restricted. I am interested in the current float. If the restricted can't be exercised for years then I am not concerned about them though I do care about the difference between the issued vs outstanding which of course includes the restricted.
