Well, I was looking this weekend at two key factors: one is the support at .015 and the second is the resistance at .016; both were pretty strong, so it was just going to be a question of which gives in first. The resistance at .016 has been so strong because DOMS has been pushing the stock down for the last month, and keeps reappearing heavy on the ask each time resistance looks like it could break. With today's action, the bolly bands are starting to suggest weakness that will lead to the wrong movement. The ability to hold .014 will be critical. If not, the technicals suggest a movement back to .01. As I said in the previous post, although the technicals seemed to be favoring a positive movement, they all appeared, with the exception of CMF, to be in a neutral status. I hope that end-of-day action can save the neutrality. The test of .016 failed again today, and that's where the problem lies. AIMO.
