Balance, well, one good thing about Afren is that the company has some big time shareholders like JP Morgan Chase, Morgan Stanley, and UBS (see below).
Not that I really want to merge with a Nigerian Company but if we're going to do it, it's nice to see the big financial companies also invested.....
