Stockholders who would otherwise be entitled to receive fractional shares because they hold a number of shares of our common stock that is not evenly divisible by one hundred fifty (150) will have the number of new shares to which they are entitled rounded to the nearest whole number of shares.

I think you need 76 shares min. to be rounded to the nearest whole number (1) then rounded up to 100.imo
