The Authorized shares are not affected by a R/S, so the answer to your question is "no".

I believe the latest info from the TA confirms the AS has decreased. We are currently waiting for clarification in PR form. :)

there's not going to be a reverse split with 7 or 15mm shares out. that wouldn't benefit them. they r/s when they print billions of shares.
