Just a question for those more knowledgeable than me. Does the below quote from the president mean that there might be a reverse split? Just want to be prepared, I have been thru several of those recently on other stocks I own, and they were done unexpectedly.
"The company does not intend to change the capital structure of the company in any fashion, except the possible reduction of authorized common shares to better reflect and bolster the true value of the company, its assets and business operations."
