IF and ONLY IF swooper did proper due diligence THEN he may have determined that ReverseSplitMoveImminent is "legit." Caveats:
1. His due diligence was flawed.
2. His conclusions were based upon incomplete information or deluded reasoning.

IF he failed to do proper due diligence and after experiencing delusions and concluding that he should accept the nomination THEN he has become just as liable as Da Boyz in a court of law.

Gary, it might help you to understand the historians that they are still fighting yesterday's battle and choose to remain blind to today's events.
The old saying that "there are none so blind as those who will not see" seems to be the appropriate and operative thought for them. The difficulty they are having with Swope's appointment is
doing them incalculable distress and harm since they are being hung by their own words vs. Swope's vaulted stature in the telecom world.
